ESCI 3305 Wellness and Fitness Program Management 3.0 Credits

This course examines the principles and practices involved in the design, implementation, and management of health, fitness, and wellness programs. Students explore program planning, leadership, facility and risk management, budgeting, marketing, and program evaluation in community, corporate, clinical, and commercial fitness settings. Through applied and simulation-based learning activities, students develop and present comprehensive wellness and fitness program proposals while practicing decision-making and leadership skills relevant to real-world program management.
