ESCI 4005 Practicum in Exercise Science 3.0 Credits

This practicum provides supervised, applied learning experiences in exercise science–related professional settings. Students engage in hands-on activities that integrate classroom knowledge with practical skills in areas such as fitness and wellness programming, clinical exercise, strength and conditioning, community health promotion, inclusive physical activity, or emerging areas of practice. Through guided fieldwork, reflection, and faculty supervision, students develop professional competencies related to program implementation, client interaction, ethical practice, communication, and interdisciplinary collaboration. This course may be repeated for credit when completed in distinct settings or with substantively different learning objectives.
