ESTS 3010 Knowing and Learning 3.0 Credits
The course focuses on what it means to know and learn, how this knowledge changes over time and how it develops in learners. Topics include foundations of education; problem solving utilizing technology; principles of expertise and novice understanding of subject matter. The course also serves to set the stage for field experiences in ESTS 3020 and will involve fieldwork in local schools.
