ESTS 6295 Making, Media, and STEM Practice 3.0 Credits
Making, Media & STEM Practice examines how students use digital media, video platforms, and creative tools to explore engineering, science, and technology in informal and formal learning spaces. Through hands-on making experiences and critical analysis of media representations of STEM, students will develop pedagogical frameworks for integrating creative media practices into STEM instruction. The course positions making and media literacy as central to how contemporary learners construct scientific knowledge and express their ideas.
