FASH 4918 Fashion Design Collection II 3.0 Credits
This culminating studio course engages students in the advanced development, refinement, and presentation of their senior thesis collection. Building on conceptual and methodological foundations from Thesis I, students synthesize research, design philosophy, and material exploration into a cohesive, professional-level body of work. Emphasis is placed on iterative refinement, fit, finishings, and quality control. Through individualized critiques and peer dialogue, students strengthen creative and technical decisions. Professional practices including portfolio development, brand narrative, and runway or exhibition preparation support the final capstone presentation.
