FASH 5700 Knitwear Design 3.0 Credits
This course introduces students to knitwear design through both cut-and-sew and full-fashioned methods. Knit fabric properties, patterning for stretch, and specialized construction methods are covered. Knit programming of stitch, shape, and color is also surveyed, along with electronic weft machine operation.
