Students engage in an independent research and creative development period in their chosen area of specialization in preparation for completing the Fashion Design Synthesis sequence. Building on prior research and studio work, students focus on the continued investigation, design development, and fabrication of original work. This course supports sustained independent work and advancement of the project that culminates in Fashion Design Synthesis.
