FIN 3302 Intermediate Corporate Finance 3.0 Credits
This course examines how firms create value through long-term financing and investment decisions. Students learn to estimate the cost of capital, evaluate projects, and perform sensitivity analyses to test assumptions. Topics include capital structure choices, dividend and share-repurchase policy, working capital management, raising capital, and the effects of leverage on risk and return.
