FIN 3335 Entrepreneurial Finance 3.0 Credits
This course focuses on the financing and financial management of new ventures, from idea inception to exit through IPO or acquisition. Students learn to evaluate start-up ideas, manage and preserve cash, and adapt traditional financial tools to the unique challenges of young firms. Topics include venture valuation, funding sources, term sheets, negotiations with investors, and exit strategies.
