FIN 3346 Global Financial Management 3.0 Credits

This course provides a comprehensive survey of multinational financial management and international financial markets. Students will explore the forces driving the growth of multinational firms in the late 20th and early 21st centuries and examine how global integration has shaped financial decision making. Emphasis will be placed on understanding exchange rate risk - both its challenges and opportunities - and on the use of various instruments, institutions, and markets that comprise the international financial system. The course highlights how multinational corporations manage short- and long-term financial decisions, as well as hedging against risks presented in the global financial market.
