FOOD 4000 Food Media 3.0 Credits

Food Media examines how food is produced, represented, and consumed through various media platforms, including social media, television, film, advertising, journalism, and digital content. The course explores the cultural, social, and economic influence of food media on public perceptions, dietary behaviors, and food systems. Students will critically evaluate food-related messages, assess credibility of information, and create their own media content using ethical and evidence-based communication practices.
