GAME 3059 Topics in Game Development and Creative Practice 3.0 Credits
This course is an advanced exploration of different evolving topics, tools, and techniques in game design and production using a variety of digital tools and skillsets. Instruction includes hands-on experience with up-to-date software and methods used to bring many modern, professional games to market. Subject matter evolves with the field and may span the many facets of design — such as level, mechanics, system, or environment design — production practices, and more. Activities may include select readings, student writing, and individual or team projects.
