HIST 101 Introductory Seminar in History 4.0 Credits

This course introduces students to the study and practice of historical inquiry. The historical topics covered in the course will vary with the expertise of the instructor. The course offers an overview of major themes related to historical practice: methodology, ethics, and professional development. It also introduces students to the history program, inviting them to meet and interact with the faculty of the department and their work.
