HMP 5011 Executive Leadership in Public Health Seminar 3.0 Credits
This course focuses on the advanced leadership competencies required to guide complex public health systems through uncertainty, innovation, and change. Rooted in real-world challenges faced by senior public health leaders, the course integrates public health practice, systems thinking, organizational development, and executive leadership frameworks. Students will analyze the interplay between policy, organizational culture, governance, and population health outcomes—and learn how to lead strategically within and across organizations.
