HRM 3330 Food Marketing 3.0 Credits
This course introduces the principles and practices of marketing within the food industry. It examines how food products are developed, promoted, distributed, and sold to consumers in both retail and foodservice markets. Students will explore consumer behavior, branding, advertising strategies, market research, pricing, and product positioning specific to food products. The course also addresses current trends in food marketing, including digital marketing, sustainability, labeling, and the influence of culture and health trends on consumer choices.
