HRM 4436 Fundamentals of Beer 3.0 Credits
This course is focused on the worlds most important beverage from a historical, financial, and cultural perspective. Students will get a hands-on approach to beer tasting and the production of beer. Students must be 21 years or older prior to the first day of class.
