HSAD 7522 Health Administration Residency 3.0 Credits
This course provides an applied residency and consultancy experience in which students integrate healthcare management theory, analytic methods, and leadership skills to address a real-world strategic challenge within a healthcare organization. Students function as independent healthcare consultants in collaboration with an organizational partner over an extended period to define a strategic problem, conduct organizational and environmental analyses, and develop evidence-based recommendations.
