HSCI 4031 Applied Anatomy and Kinesiology 3.0 Credits
This course builds on students’ knowledge of anatomy and physiology and is designed to assist students who will pursue careers in movement science, such as physical and occupational therapy or exercise science, to develop a deeper understanding of the determinants of human movements and to develop the skills and knowledge necessary to analyze human movement. Students also apply skills learned in the Assessment & Research Methods required course series to read and apply research studies that utilize kinesiological methods.
