This course explores the foundations of lifelong learning and the practical strategies that support success in academic, professional, and personal settings. Students examine how learning occurs, develop greater self-awareness as learners, and strengthen essential skills in critical thinking, critical reading, research, writing, reflection, and goal setting. Emphasis is placed on building self-efficacy, adaptability, and independent learning practices that support success in the university environment and beyond. Students learn to apply these habits to continued growth, informed decision-making, and professional advancement.
