IDPS 3030 Client Relationship Management in Practice 3.0 Credits
This course develops the knowledge and skills needed to build, sustain, and strengthen effective client relationships in professional settings. Students examine trust-building, expectation management, conflict navigation, client needs assessment, consulting practices, and ethical considerations across the client lifecycle. Emphasis is placed on applying communication and relationship-management strategies in ways that support client satisfaction, professional credibility, and organizational success, while considering how digital systems and AI-enabled tools are reshaping client engagement and service delivery.
