INTB 2200 International Business 3.0 Credits

This course provides a general introduction to doing business at an international (country-to-country) level and on a global scale. The topics range from understanding the external environment of global and international business to practical matters and the day-to-day challenges of business decision making, from a management perspective. The topics include, but are not limited to: Differences in economic, political and legal systems, cultural differences in business and ethics, economic development, trade theory and trade policy, foreign direct investment, foreign exchange and the international monetary system, import export logistics and finance, global marketing and global human resource management. As a required course, it supports progression in the program.
