INTR 3411 Visual Culture: Global Interiors 3.0 Credits
This course examines the evolution of furniture and interior environments through the lens of visual culture, exploring how social, political, economic, and technological forces shape design across time. Students study artifacts and interiors from antiquity to the present, analyzing how historical and cultural contexts inform material choices, spatial decisions, and stylistic developments.
