INTR 4999 Interior Capstone Project II 4.0 Credits

This course is the culminating studio in which students translate their research, programming, and conceptual investigations into comprehensive, evidence-based design proposals. Students develop advanced three-dimensional interior environments that integrate spatial planning, form-making, material exploration, and human-centered performance criteria, using skills in drawing, BIM, detailing, model building, and site analysis. They apply relevant codes and guidelines and use case studies to refine and justify design decisions. The capstone research document is continually updated to reflect evolving parameters and design rationale. By the end of the course, students produce a fully documented design process that supports the final capstone presentation.
