IS 4311 Data Workflow Automation and Pre-Processing 3.0 Credits
Teaches reproducible, adaptable automation for data processing, analytics, and modeling lifecycles for practical data science, machine learning, and predictive analytics, with an emphasis on data acquisition, pre-processing, integration, and description. Covers data management and workflow automation tools; tracking and versioning data science code and artifacts; collaboration; experiment management; and integration with production deployment. Course project applies the principles in an end-to-end data-intensive project.
