IS 6638 Agile and AI-Enabled Project Leadership 3.0 Credits
This course allows students to lead and manage agile and hybrid projects using AI-driven planning, predictive analytics, and adaptive governance frameworks. Students get hands-on exposure to Jira, MS Project, and ChatOps tools that support PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, and PSM certification readiness. The course prepares students for roles such as Agile Delivery Lead and Program Manager.
