LAW 330 Rules of Evidence 4.0 Credits

Students will develop a working understanding of the most commonly used federal rules of evidence. At the end of this course, students will be able to identify common evidentiary issues and argue for the admissibility or inadmissibility of evidence under the rules of evidence covered in class.
