BLAW 360 Intellectual Property and Cyber Law 4.0 Credits

This course presents an overview of the Law of Intellectual Property. It examines patents, copyrights, trademarks and trade secrets together with public policy issues including the Constitution and legislation. It also reviews current regulation and legislation relating to the Internet, including privacy and tort issues.

LAW 360 Advanced Trial Skills 4.0 Credits

This course will teach students to perform advanced trial skills based on strategic case themes and theories. Students will deepen their understanding of and skills in conducting direct and cross-examination of lay, party, and expert witnesses, opening and closing statements, making objections, and introducing exhibits. The course will culminate with each student performing in a mock trial.
