LAW 375 Trial Skills Practicum II 4.0 Credits

This four-credit course recognizes the intellectual benefits of putting theory into practice. As members of Drexel’s competitive Mock Trial team, students put into use the knowledge they have gained through their LAW and Trial Skills (TRSK) courses. The Practicum requires students to demonstrate mastery of both general knowledge about US legal systems and specific information related to litigation skills. Student draw on their knowledge of US criminal and civil legal systems, demonstrate their understanding of federal rules of evidence, work in teams to develop case theories, and develop skills in legal research, writing, and verbal presentation.
