LLPO 6120 Ethical Leadership in Education Policy: Leveraging Policy for Access and Equity 3.0 Credits
This course introduces the political, economic, and social forces shaping education policy in the United States. Integrating historical foundations with global and workforce perspectives, students examine how key actors, institutions, and policy narratives influence decision-making across the P–20 system. The course explores major reforms, policy tools, and data sources related to innovation, accountability, and workforce readiness. Students build the capacity to analyze policy briefs, critique reform strategies, and engage as informed policy consumers and contributors in complex education policy environments.
