LLS 8232 Superintendent Internship II: Strategic Systems, Community Leadership, and Transformational Change 1.0 Credit
This field based internship develops candidates’ capacity to lead districtwide strategy, operations, and transformational change. Candidates engage in high-level leadership experiences including strategic planning, budget development, facilities management, community engagement, and policy advocacy. Emphasis is placed on political leadership, equity-centered systems change, AI governance, and aligning resources to long-term district priorities and student success.
