This course explores the practical realities of managing workplace disputes from a compliance perspective and provides the necessary skills to ensure competency and success. It focuses on the design of effective, legally sound conflict resolution methods including negotiation, mediation, and arbitration. Students will learn to analyze workplace conflicts, meet regulatory requirements, and guide parties toward durable resolutions.
