LSTU 7102 Master of Legal Studies Compliance Capstone 3.0 Credits
This course is designed to prepare students for the real-world roles and expectations of an ethics and compliance officer and provides an in-depth understanding of what it takes to be an effective one. The interactive and collaborative capstone will provide students with the opportunity to apply the knowledge and skills they have developed throughout their studies to authentic scenarios mirroring those they may encounter in their work as an ethics and compliance officer. Students will learn how to design and administer a successful ethics and compliance program before creating one for a company in their industry of choice as a culminating project. At the conclusion of the semester, students will submit a fully developed written plan and present their ethics and compliance programs to the group.
