MGMT 300 Strategic Insights 4.0 Credits
This experiential course is meant to foster and enhance strategic thinking and envisioning skills among the students. It will expose students to the foundations of strategy as a core domain of human endeavor, the deeper underpinnings of strategizing as a fundamentally creative decision-making process, and provide the students with a platform to apply their strategic thinking skills in tackling real-world challenges and connecting with other courses in the Management major. This course provides students with the frameworks, tools, and critical thinking skills necessary to navigate and solve complex business problems. It emphasizes developing an understanding of how strategic decisions are made in today’s volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous (VUCA) environment.
