The Executive Capstone program days are unique and integrated experiences, allowing for students to enhance and develop their ability to assess business opportunities and challenges in a holistic way. Students will be presented with a business leadership framework developed by senior business executives and academics. The “value creation” framework is intended to help students navigate the differences, the polarities, and sometimes the contradictions between the theory of how things are done and the practicality of what must be done, the what and the how. When students are leading an organization, it is important to have a theory and a framework to guide thoughts about issues and challenges.
