MGMT 6680 Strategic Leadership 2.0 Credits

Strategic Leadership is the threshold course of the LeBow EMBA — where the habits of functional mastery are stress-tested against the demands of leading the whole enterprise. Participants develop the cognitive and behavioral repertoire that separates managers who operate within systems from leaders who challenge and reshape them. The focus is on how leaders see, decide, and act — through organizational complexity, stakeholder friction, uncertainty, and competing demands on attention. The course closes where leadership ultimately begins: with each participant's own strategic posture, and a deliberate reckoning with the kind of leader they intend to become. This course is delivered in a residency format.
