MGMT 6690 Change Management Experiential Capstone 3.0 Credits
The focus of the change management experiential capstone course is to help gain practical wisdom and skills in leading and implementing change management initiatives successfully. “Change Management” is an interesting term. Change management initiatives, when properly crafted, communicated, and implemented, can (re)animate the entire organization. Each and every stakeholder of the organization, knowingly or unknowingly participates in, and is impacted by change management initiatives. In this course students will approach the idea of change management from a multidirectional perspective designed to provide actionable insights and experiences that participants can take back to their workplace and start implementing.
