MGMT 6790 Change Management Experiential Capstone for Executives 2.0 Credits
The focus of change management experiential capstone course is to gain practical wisdom and skills in leading and implementing change management initiatives successfully. “Change Management” is an interesting term. The residency course has been carefully designed to be relevant to middle level executives and leaders. Change management initiatives, when properly crafted, communicated, and implemented, can (re)animate the entire organization. Each and every stakeholder of the organization, knowingly or unknowingly participates in, and is impacted by change management initiatives. In this course we will approach the idea of change management from a multidirectional perspective designed to give you actionable insights and experiences that participants can take back to their workplaces and start implementing.
