MIP 3302 Live Sound II 3.0 Credits
This course advances live sound reinforcement skills through complex system design. Students explore advanced PA system configuration, wireless system management, digital networking protocols, and festival-scale sound reinforcement strategies. Topics include system optimization using measurement tools, monitor mixing for large productions, loudspeaker dispersion, RF coordination, and production communication systems. Through progressively complex sound reinforcement design projects, students refine their technical expertise and develop troubleshooting skills essential to professional live sound careers.
