MIS 3480 Enterprise AI and Automation 3.0 Credits

This course prepares students to lead enterprise AI transformations for competitive advantage in MIS. Students gain skills to architect, deploy, and scale AI-based systems and intelligent automation solutions using various software tools. Key topics include LLMs, autonomous AI agents, the automation lifecycle, ROI for such systems, change management, ethical AI deployment, bias mitigation, and governance frameworks that balance efficiency with human-centered design.
