MIS 6150 Emerging Information Technologies in Business 3.0 Credits

This course explores the current and potential future impact of emerging technologies on organizations and their core business processes and practices. Students will gain understanding of the challenges and opportunities for integrating these technologies into an organization. The course also examines topics such as changement management and the legal and privacy questions that may result from emerging technologies. In addition to providing awareness of emerging technologies, the course develops students' critical thinking with respect to applications of these technologies to create business value.
