MIS 6260 Business Agility and IT 3.0 Credits
This course covers agile methods for businesses and IT. It reviews the core principles, practices, and frameworks of agile practices and how they can be utilized to drive successful delivery inside an organization. These concepts also tie into the idea of organizational change, and how an enterprise can use these practices and principles on a large scale to shift an organization to one that reacts to change and opportunity at speed to enable success. The course will also emphasize these learnings in the context of real-world Management Information Systems (MIS) projects.
