NPM 6450 Strategic Design and Data Intelligence in Nonprofits 3.0 Credits
This course prepares students to lead strategic planning and resource development in nonprofit organizations. Learners analyze how organizations assess their environments, set priorities, allocate resources, and plan for long-term sustainability. Through hands-on, scenario-based learning and selective exploration of AI-informed tools, students develop practical strategies for planning, forecasting, and advancement that are data-informed, mission-driven, and designed to create meaningful social impact.
