NUAN 812 Nurse Anesthesia Clinical Residency I 3.0 Credits

This is the first of two Nurse Anesthesia Clinical Residency courses which builds upon the didactic and clinical principles gained in Nurse Anesthesia Clinical Practicum I-VII. In Nurse Anesthesia Clinical Residency I, students are challenged to perform at autonomous levels and integrate best evidence to deliver safe, vigilant, culturally competent perianesthesia care across the lifespan. Students develop, implement, and evaluate anesthesia care for all patient populations as expectations for independent decision-making and refined psychometric and organizational skills are emphasized.
