Utilizing increasing critical thinking and decision-making skills, the nurse anesthesia resident integrates evidence-based findings and collaborates with preceptors to manage patients undergoing a variety of surgical or diagnostic procedures. Assigned rotations foster the development of knowledge and competencies to administer regional anesthesia, insert invasive lines, manage stressful situations, and safely deliver anesthesia to specialized patient populations.
