NUAN 8201 Health Policy and Leadership in Nurse Anesthesia Practice 3.0 Credits
This course prepares students to lead and participate in policy development and policy implementation across all levels of systems. Students explore political activism and policy development as critical elements of professional nursing practice and as obligations of service-leadership on behalf of the public and the profession. This course also provides graduate students with the critical thinking framework and content expertise necessary for thoughtful, ethical and legal analysis and decision-making when confronted with simple and complex situations in professional practice.
