Utilizing a multifaceted approach, students come to class prepared to foster active learning, student engagement and focused discussion to facilitate the application of didactic theory to clinical practice. Students complete assessments to evaluate comprehension, which also aids in preparation for the National Certification Examination (NCE) offered by the National Board for Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists.
