NURS 6100 Authentic Leadership: Communication and Self-Awareness 3.0 Credits
This course focuses on the central role that self plays in leadership and communication skills. By performing self-observations and analyses, students will analyze the role of self in communication and appreciate the complexities of interpersonal communication as they relate to leadership. The course also explores enhanced communication skills for negotiation, conflict management, use in diverse teams and organizational settings.
