NURS 6101 Strategic Leadership: Navigating Healthcare Systems 3.0 Credits
This course provides a forum for the exploration and evaluation of the fundamentals of economics, financial management and the financial environment of the healthcare industry. The student will develop an understanding of economics and financial management in a climate of decreased government funding, shared cost mechanisms and decreased personnel resources in addition to basic financial management principles and tools.
