NURS 6200 Foundations of the Nurse Educator Role 3.0 Credits

This course prepares future nurse educators to succeed in diverse roles by examining the history, foundational principles, and evolving responsibilities of nursing education. Students explore strategies for designing inclusive, learner-centered environments across a variety of settings—including classrooms, clinical sites, simulation labs, the community, and healthcare organizations. Through reflective practice and applied learning activities, students develop as effective, compassionate, and innovative nurse educators.
