This nursing leadership management practicum course immerses students in the multifaceted role of the nurse leader as a scholar and change agent in a various practice-based settings. Through guided practicum experiences and reflective engagement, students will explore the impact of nurse leaders on healthcare policy, systems, and economics. Emphasis is placed on fostering a culture of safety, wellness, and continuous quality improvement while advancing professional standards, inclusivity, and accountability.
